FX2N-10GM pulse without output

I would lo FX2N-10GM ask: FX2N-10GM when I connect to the instructions, I use PLC to set up module parameters, and turn round or reverse in manual way. It is monitored that there is data change in d9004, but there is no actual pulse output. There is an indication of FP or RP on the indicator. What is this problem? Thanks

It may be a problem of wiring or servo setting.
