Q2MEM-2MBS MITSUBISHI PLC save disk program is not known to be damaged by what software, another WDV format of the file?

In the paw Q2MEM-2MBS days, Q2MEM-2MBS MITSUBISHI GX8.25 software has been written and stored on the D disk and opened many times. But today, it can not be opened again. Similarly, other programs of the same software version cannot be opened. Later in the program folder, it was found that the original 17KB's main program turned into a 5KB, and a 17KB was generated in the annotation folder, and the suffix was a WDV format file. How did this file be generated?
