MOSFET has great internal resistance, CJ1G-CPU43P

The perfoe CJ1G-CPU43P of CJ1G-CPU43P the G3VM-61BR optical relay is tested, and it is found that the internal resistance of MOSFET is very large, and the higher the load current, the greater the internal resistance.
500mA load, the 6/5 foot pressure difference is 2.6V, the internal resistance is 5.2 ohms
250mA load, the 6/5 foot pressure difference is 1.2V, the internal resistance is 4.8 ohms
Are far greater than the 0.1 ohm resistance identified in the manual.
