Is MITSUBISHI servo MR-J3-20A not too supportive for windows7?

MITSUBISHvo MR-J3-20A MR-J3 MR-J3-20A on windows7 is not too support, and now can not connect with SETUP221E, and PLC programming software can be used. I wonder if anyone mentioned this problem

Do you mean the operating system or 221E, the operating system is WINDOWS7, and the ultimate 221E is V1.04
