How does C200H-CPU01-E communicate with PC and upload programs

Now there C200H-CPU01-E C200H-CPU01-E C200H-CPU01-E in your hand, which needs to be uploaded and backed up. There is a CQM1-CIF02 data line on the hand, but it can not be connected to the CX-Programmer. I haven't tried it for a long time. I've searched from other places to use external extensions, such as C200H-LK401, to read the program. Is that like this?
